If it happens that your receipt on the Total VFD system reads as "Successful" and 72 hours have passed, but it does not read when scanned on the TRA system, you can resolve this issue by following these steps:
1. Visit https://selfservice.totalvfd.co.tz .
2. Enter the receipt number.
3. After entering the receipt number, search for it. The QR code of the receipt will appear, and you will need to click on "Resubmit."
4. Wait for at least 30 minutes and then try scanning your receipt again.
