Storing Customer Information

The total VFD system allows you to enter your customer's information so that you don't have to re-enter it every time you make a sale.

To save those changes, go to the customers menu

Then click the "create customer" button on the top right

Then a new screen will open to fill in the customer's details

  • Name-Customer Name

  • Mobile - Customer's phone number

  • Identification Type-type of identification to identify the customer

    • TIN- If you are going to use the tax identification number, TIN number

    • Driving License – If you will use the customer's driver's license

    • Voters Number- if you will use voter ID

    • Passport Number- if you will use the number of the passport

    • NIDA- if you will use the citizenship identification number

    • NIL- if you will not use anything

  • Identification Number- the identification number as you selected in Identification type

  • VRN - a vat registration number for the customer

  • Address,-- a location address of the customer

Then you will press the create button to save the changes



Modifying customer information

1. To change customer information, go to the customers menu

Then you will see a list of all your customers you have saved.

2. press the edit button

3. You will change it as it should and then you will press the update button
